Outside Perspectives: Foreign Familiar is a solo show of new work created on the road, from California’s North Coast to San Francisco in late 2015 and early 2016. It is part of a yearlong collaboration with the Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco to bring art into unexpected places. This show examines the points of connection between external landscapes and their internal imprint, be it day into evening, or measuring distinct memories against how they change, folded up in our pocket of time, and revealed to us in new capacities.
